Manages liquidity, cash forecasting, loan schedules, fund models, financial analysis, valuations, capital commitments, and reporting. Supports financial statement preparation, intercompany loan tracking, credit facility administration, and compliance with financial agreements. Partners with portfolio management, asset management, tax, and corporate finance teams while improving financial data integration, automation, and reporting processes.

Participate in a rotational leadership development program across real estate functions including acquisitions, asset management, development, capital markets, strategy, and venture. Senior Associates receive multidisciplinary training, work with peers and executives, leverage emerging technologies and AI to improve efficiency and decision-making, and eventually specialize in a function or geography. The program is based in New York, with potential assignments across U.S. and international offices.

The Senior Director, Business Development will grow Tishman Speyer’s third-party real estate services platform by developing senior institutional relationships, originating and converting new business, and managing a qualified opportunity pipeline. The role targets owners, lenders, investors, servicers, family offices, and industry advisors, leading proposals, client solutions, negotiations, and execution. Responsibilities also include expanding existing client relationships, coordinating global expertise, and using CRM, relationship intelligence, AI, and data-driven tools to improve business development effectiveness.
