Lead the data platform team owning dbt projects, CI/CD, and Snowflake infrastructure. Architect scalable onboarding for new sources, enforce data quality via tests and contracts, review designs, prioritize roadmap, partner with stakeholders, and grow engineers while advancing AI/agent integration.

Lead end-to-end ownership of TodayTix consumer product areas, using customer insight and AI tools to define strategy, run experiments, deliver features with measurable KPIs, and accelerate team product thinking and execution across cross-functional stakeholders.

Manage a book of 20–30 live events end-to-end: setup, inventory, pricing, amendments, offers and access programs. Resolve routine issues, escalate high-stakes problems, suggest process improvements, use AI to automate repeat work, and mentor newer associates while acting as partner contact.

Lead and own CRM and lifecycle marketing end-to-end across email, push, and SMS. Build AI-driven automation (Next Best Action), increase repeat purchase and retention, run experiments and holdouts to prove incrementality, pilot new channels, partner with product and data, and manage and develop the CRM team.

Lead design for the Powered by TodayTix B2B product, driving complex product initiatives from discovery through delivery. Translate industry complexity into intuitive UX/UI, steward and evolve the design system, mentor designers, collaborate with PMs and engineers, use AI tools across the workflow, and ensure high-quality implementation and usability through hands-on review and QA.
