Lead design for the Powered by TodayTix B2B product, driving complex product initiatives from discovery through delivery. Translate industry complexity into intuitive UX/UI, steward and evolve the design system, mentor designers, collaborate with PMs and engineers, use AI tools across the workflow, and ensure high-quality implementation and usability through hands-on review and QA.

Own end-to-end consumer product areas for the TodayTix app and web, set strategy from ambiguous problems, run continuous discovery, use AI to prototype and synthesize research, coordinate cross-functional teams, define success metrics, run experimentation and A/B tests, and ship measurable product improvements that drive KPIs.

The Senior Product Manager will lead product discovery and delivery for the PxT platform, enhancing user experience and improving sales for cultural events through close collaboration with event organizers and teams.
