Manage, coach, and develop software engineers across Reasoning and Build squads. Own performance management, career growth, hiring, onboarding, conflict resolution, and organizational effectiveness while partnering with Technical Leads and Product Managers. Remove execution blockers, use evidence to understand team performance, and help scale the New York engineering organization without unnecessary process. The role requires technical credibility but does not own architecture or technical delivery.

Leads technical direction and engineering execution, owning architecture, implementation, scalability, reliability, code quality, and technical debt reduction. Partners with Product, Design, and stakeholders to define requirements and delivery plans, mentors engineers, manages cross-functional collaboration, and communicates technical concepts to non-technical audiences. The role requires hands-on ownership of AI data workflows, production models, fintech investment platforms, market data systems, and modern cloud-native infrastructure.

Lead the data squad to manage product flows between Reflexivity and partners, refining and integrating data capabilities while overseeing QA and writing specifications.

Build and evolve AI systems to enhance investment insights, integrating models and optimizing outputs for professional investors in a fast-paced environment.
