Lead and manage a team handling cyber, media, and technology E&O and related specialty liability claims. Oversee claims handling, coverage analysis, litigation strategy, settlement negotiations, vendor/outside counsel management, staff development, quality/audit compliance, and reporting. Ensure regulatory compliance, maintain adjuster licenses, and improve team processes and efficiencies.

Lead distribution operations, analytics, and strategic execution for NA P&C. Build KPI frameworks, broker reporting, executive dashboards, and operational reporting. Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, identify process improvements, leverage AI/automation, and support forecasting, budgeting, and performance management to drive growth and operational effectiveness.

Provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the President and CEO, managing calendar, communications, briefings, travel, meetings, and confidential correspondence. Coordinate cross-functional alignment, track strategic initiatives, prepare reports and dashboards, manage budgets and expense reports, maintain executive databases, and oversee office/building operations and vendor contracts.
