Teams at Toloka

Design and deliver end-to-end data labeling and ML pipelines using Toloka's platform. Act as primary technical contact for clients, lead discovery and solution design, run pilots, monitor KPIs, troubleshoot delivery, and optimize quality, cost, and scalability while coordinating internal teams and stakeholders.

Lead end-to-end execution and scaling of Physical AI data collection programs (egocentric/exocentric video, teleoperation, multisensory). Manage global operations, contributors, and cross-functional teams to meet quality, throughput, cost, and timeline targets while building client relationships and improving processes from pilot to production.

Lead delivery of AI data projects end-to-end: manage cross-functional teams, ensure data quality and timelines, communicate with clients, drive process improvements, and maintain project transparency and unit economics for large-scale LLM data pipelines.
