The Post Closing Manager leads a team in auditing and reviewing closed mortgage loan files, ensuring compliance and quality within regulatory guidelines. Responsibilities include team management, process improvement, and overseeing investor relations.

Lead, coach, and manage a high-volume inside sales team (Pre-Approval Advisors). Drive daily execution across outreach, pipeline conversion, hiring and onboarding, performance coaching, and cross-functional collaboration to improve conversion and customer experience.

Support day-to-day mortgage compliance: manage NMLS licensing, respond to audits and examinations, monitor ECOA/TILA/TCPA compliance, prepare Mortgage Call Reports and HMDA filings, handle complaints and investigations, maintain state registrations and policies, review loan document packages, and assist with vendor management.

Lead and own Tomo's data function end-to-end: strategy, roadmap, platform health, hiring and developing a cross-functional data team. Hands-on player-coach building dbt models, writing SQL, designing experiments, driving marketing measurement, partnering with Product and Engineering, and communicating data-driven recommendations to executives.
