Coordinate and manage daily schedules for Home Health Aides, resolve callouts and coverage gaps, verify EVV, maintain scheduling records, communicate with patients/caregivers/clinical teams, monitor performance metrics, and escalate clinical or complex issues to ensure uninterrupted home care.
