Support attorneys in pre-litigation personal injury matters in New York by organizing and summarizing records, investigating liability and compensability, communicating with insurers and clients, preparing no-fault/MVIAC and court filings, coordinating medical care and documentation, and preparing demand packages to advance settlements while maintaining compliant, organized case files.

Own and govern the organization’s central Knowledge Center, including information architecture, taxonomy, version control, audits, and content updates. Create and standardize job aids, SOPs, FAQs, process maps, and policy summaries. Triage documentation requests, coordinate with subject matter experts and learning teams, communicate process changes, identify knowledge gaps, and ensure resources are accurate, accessible, compliant, and actionable.
