Provides administrative and operational support for North American PR activities, including press requests, product placements, seeding, events, contact databases, guest lists, sample coordination, press coverage tracking, reporting, meeting notes, and follow-ups. Collaborates with internal teams, external partners, VIP agencies, and media contacts while supporting fashion brand activations and sustainability initiatives.

Serve as a luxury fashion brand ambassador in TOTEME’s Madison Avenue store. Build customer relationships, deliver elevated service, achieve sales targets, support merchandising and styling, and help plan daily store operations. The role requires strong communication, fashion and styling interest, organization, flexibility, and availability for evenings and weekends.
