Work directly with the CEO and Chief Clinician as a junior chief of staff supporting strategic initiatives, communications, and operations. Must be an excellent writer, trustworthy, and able to work in a hybrid NYC environment at a seed-stage, VC-backed healthcare company. This is non–patient-facing and offers equity and promotion potential.

Support the CEO and Chief Clinician with executive-level operations, writing, and project coordination. Prepare clear written materials, manage cross-functional projects, drive strategic initiatives, and provide high-trust organizational support in a fast-growing VC-backed startup. Non-patient-facing role; hybrid work.
