Build Traba’s 0-to-1 AI agent platform for industrial supply chain workflows. The role owns product strategy, customer discovery, requirements, prototyping, agent behavior, evaluation frameworks, and reliability improvements. It partners closely with founders, engineering, ML, design partners, and customers to launch autonomous systems that reason, use tools, maintain context, and execute meaningful work. The position requires strong technical depth, AI product experience, startup operating ability, and 7–10 years of product management experience.

Drive growth of Traba’s AI product Neo by developing go-to-market strategy, prospecting and closing logistics and manufacturing partnerships, analyzing markets and customer data, and building growth tools and reporting. The role also involves customer relationship management, operational bottleneck resolution, AI product deployment, WMS integration, and cross-functional collaboration with leadership, product, and engineering teams.

Lead strategy and 0-to-1 development of Traba’s AI agent platform for industrial supply chain workflows. Design and launch customer-facing agents that reason, orchestrate tools, maintain context, and autonomously execute work. Partner with founders, product engineers, ML teams, designers, and customers to define requirements, prototype solutions, evaluate system quality, and improve reliability. The role requires deep technical judgment, customer-embedded product development, and comfort operating in an ambiguous startup environment.

Build Traba’s AI agent platform from 0 to 1. Define product strategy, customer workflows, requirements, agent behavior, evaluation systems, and quality frameworks. Partner with founders, engineers, ML teams, designers, and customers to prototype and launch production agents that reason, orchestrate tools, maintain context, and execute supply-chain work autonomously. Use customer feedback, system evaluations, and data to improve reliability, performance, and product-market fit in a rapidly evolving AI environment.

Partner with the Head of Finance, CEO, and department leaders on strategic planning, fundraising, resource allocation, and growth initiatives. Build financial models and analyses supporting expansion, pricing, packaging, and capital efficiency decisions. Maintain financial data accuracy and discipline while tracking and optimizing revenue retention, profitability margins, and unit economics across the organization.

Lead measurement and modeling for an agent platform: define agent quality metrics, build evaluation and experimentation infrastructure, develop statistical and ML models to diagnose failure modes and improve unit economics, and partner with engineering, product, and operations. Oversee data warehouse and analytics infrastructure, provide self-service tools and AI-assisted analytics for Operations, and mentor scientists and analysts to set standards for rigorous experimentation and measurement.

Lead and scale Traba’s operational systems, drive serviceability and marketplace/account performance, solve high-impact operational problems, build processes/tooling, partner cross-functionally, and present data-driven insights to executives and the board.
