Embed with customers to define workflows, ship 0-to-1 autonomous agent products, write requirements, prototype rapidly, define evaluation and quality frameworks, and partner closely with engineering, ML, and design to improve reliability and performance.

Own and evolve the staffing product at the center of Traba's two-sided marketplace. Define strategy, write product requirements, partner with engineering, design and data to improve matching, liquidity, fulfillment and operational tooling. Use data and on-site user research to launch and iterate scalable systems across customers and regions, collaborating closely with operations, field teams, and leadership.
