Own growth of Traba’s Neo AI product by developing go-to-market strategy, prospecting and closing large logistics and manufacturing partnerships, and expanding existing customer relationships. Analyze market and customer data, build tools and reporting, provide geo-insights, and identify revenue opportunities. Serve as a light industrial supply chain subject matter expert while supporting AI deployments, WMS integrations, and operational improvements across customer environments.

Lead strategy and development for Traba’s AI agent platform. Build and launch customer-facing agents that understand context, orchestrate tools, maintain state, and execute supply-chain workflows. Partner with founders, engineers, ML teams, designers, and customers to define requirements, prototype solutions, evaluate system quality, and improve reliability. This 0-to-1 role requires strong technical judgment, customer embedding, rapid iteration, and comfort operating in an evolving AI environment.

Build Traba’s 0-to-1 AI agent platform for industrial supply chain workflows. The role involves defining product strategy, designing autonomous agents, writing requirements, partnering with engineering and ML teams, validating concepts with customers, and establishing evaluation and quality frameworks. The Product Manager will work closely with founders and early design partners to launch customer-facing AI products that reason through workflows, use tools, maintain context, and execute meaningful work.
