The role requires flexibility for overtime and weekends and is performed onsite five days per week.

Manage and grow service relationships with building owners through consultative selling, opportunity qualification, business case development, facility assessments, and team-based selling to expand and retain accounts while driving energy-efficient building solutions.

Lead strategic, outcome-driven energy services sales by identifying and qualifying large, financial- and sustainability-driven opportunities. Build and manage multi-million dollar pipelines, develop financial pro formas and structured finance solutions, engage stakeholders across public and private sectors, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects and close deals.

Lead multi-building and complex commercial HVAC controls projects from proposal through closeout. Manage project financials, schedules, change orders, subcontractors, compliance, and customer relationships. Mentor team members, act as HVAC controls subject-matter expert, and ensure project safety, documentation, and on-time, on-budget delivery.
