Lead strategic, outcome-driven energy services sales by identifying and qualifying large, financial- and sustainability-driven opportunities. Build and manage multi-million dollar pipelines, develop financial pro formas and structured finance solutions, engage stakeholders across public and private sectors, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects and close deals.

Serve as the primary in-store advisor for customers at Trane Supply, resolving parts and equipment issues, processing orders/quotes, driving sales through product knowledge, assisting inventory/warehouse tasks, and ensuring timely fulfillment and excellent customer service.

Lead multi-building and complex commercial HVAC controls projects from proposal through closeout. Manage project financials, schedules, change orders, subcontractors, compliance, and customer relationships. Mentor team members, act as HVAC controls subject-matter expert, and ensure project safety, documentation, and on-time, on-budget delivery.

Provide technical sales support and HVAC application engineering to convert leads, prepare equipment selections and proposals, develop system solutions, coordinate with sales and operations, produce drawings and documentation, and support project handoff and fulfillment. Responsible for technical consultation, design/analysis of refrigerant, controls, airside and waterside systems, and using AutoCAD and Trane tools.
