Supports global TCP/IP, VPN, MPLS, and financial-market network infrastructure in a 24x7 NOC environment. Responsibilities include monitoring systems, triaging incidents, troubleshooting routing, protocols, circuits, hardware, and multicast market data, configuring Cisco, Arista, and Juniper equipment, coordinating vendors and maintenance activities, managing tickets, and supporting customer escalations. Provides second-level network support, change management, operational readiness checks, and rotating after-hours on-call coverage.

Build and expand TNS's Eastern U.S. technology partner ecosystem, generate partner-sourced enterprise pipeline, activate channel relationships, and close revenue with partners. The role develops strategic relationships with distributors, MSPs, VARs, telecom consultants, cloud communications providers, and contact-center partners. Responsibilities include demand generation, joint account planning, customer meetings, partner education, executive engagement, market representation, and achieving recurring revenue and pipeline targets. Regular travel throughout the Eastern United States is required.

Supervise daily Network Operations Center activities, including monitoring, incident response, ticket management, escalations, customer communications, and staff development. Lead major incident bridges, coordinate technical teams, maintain operational documentation, support service readiness, and improve monitoring and ticketing workflows. Serve as a subject matter expert in IPX, Sigtran, BGP, VPN, and network interconnect technologies while developing automation and training programs.
