Provides legal counsel on public company reporting, securities compliance, SEC filings, NYSE requirements, insider trading controls, and capital markets transactions. Reviews investor and earnings communications, monitors regulatory developments, manages external law firms, advises internal stakeholders, and supports disclosure process improvements. Requires independent legal judgment in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Provides legal counsel for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, minority investments, and other strategic transactions. Negotiates transaction documents, coordinates due diligence, supports regulatory approvals and post-acquisition integration, prepares executive materials, and manages external law firms. Advises in-house stakeholders on complex legal matters, exercises independent judgment, and collaborates with senior executives and cross-functional teams.

Lead enterprise external communications and reputation strategy, manage crisis preparedness and response, build media relationships, advise senior leaders, draft executive communications, monitor media and emerging risks, and coordinate cross-functionally to protect and advance brand reputation.

Provide strategic leadership for treasury, capital markets, structured finance, and derivatives. Originate and execute debt/equity transactions, develop enterprise funding strategies, manage hedging and liquidity, maintain market relationships, oversee funding programs and documentation, coordinate cross-functional execution, and lead teams supporting domestic and international business units.
