Negotiates transaction documents, coordinates due diligence, supports regulatory approvals and post-acquisition integration, prepares executive materials, and manages external law firms. Advises in-house stakeholders on complex legal matters, exercises independent judgment, and collaborates with senior executives and cross-functional teams.

Lead enterprise external communications and reputation strategy, manage crisis preparedness and response, build media relationships, advise senior leaders, draft executive communications, monitor media and emerging risks, and coordinate cross-functionally to protect and advance brand reputation.
