Teams at Transitional Services for New York, Inc.

Oversee fiscal operations for outpatient, case management and residential programs including budgeting, grant and contract management, financial reporting, audits, staff supervision, and coordination with Program Directors and CFO to ensure timely, accurate fiscal compliance and reporting.

Provide administrative and operational HR support including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, HRIS/payroll data entry (ADP Workforce Now), personnel file maintenance, audit support, employee communications, front-desk coverage, and coordination of HR events and compliance documentation.

Manage fiscal operations for assigned outpatient, case management, and residential programs: budgeting, contract management, grants, reporting to funders, audits, and supervising fiscal staff. Coordinate annual agency budgeting and support the CFO to ensure timely, accurate financial and operational reporting and contract compliance.
