Establishes delivery governance, prioritizes requirements, manages dependencies and risks, and partners across Engineering, Data Science, Architecture, Security, Legal, and Operations. Uses metrics to guide investment and customer outcomes while developing technical product and program managers. Requires enterprise-scale modernization leadership, financial services experience, regulated data knowledge, and fluency in cloud platforms, distributed systems, APIs, and data technologies.

Manage third-party audience data provider partnerships, including relationship health, data marketplace growth, revenue reporting, taxonomy and inventory management, agreement negotiation, compliance, and cross-functional execution. Advise partners on TransUnion Marketing Solutions, secure valuable data assets, identify product enhancements, and drive commercial outcomes across product, operations, finance, sales, and legal teams.

Serve as a strategic advisor to the SVP of US Solutions by leading strategic planning, executive communications, governance, performance tracking, reporting, and cross-functional initiatives. Coordinate operating rhythms, business reviews, and special projects while developing recommendations and insights for senior leadership. Drive alignment, change management, organizational effectiveness, and execution across Product, Technology, Sales, Finance, Operations, and Legal teams.

Develop product positioning, differentiation, messaging, go-to-market strategies, launch materials, sales enablement content, web content, and thought leadership. Partner with Product, Marketing, and Sales to expand solutions internationally, simplify technical details, support market-facing activities, and enable sales teams. The role requires B2B product marketing experience, successful product launch leadership, revenue-focused messaging, and international market experience.

Lead strategy, roadmap, and delivery for B2B case management and ticketing on Salesforce. Partner with operations, Care, Tech, Analytics, and stakeholders to modernize workflows, automate processes, improve SLAs and KPIs, translate needs into user stories, and support adoption and change management.

Lead vision, strategy, and roadmap for B2B customer and partner portals using Salesforce Experience Cloud. Partner with cross-functional teams to translate service needs into scalable self-service, automation, and AI-enabled solutions. Manage backlogs, sprints, release readiness, KPIs, adoption, and stakeholder communications to reduce friction, increase self-service adoption, and deliver measurable operational and customer outcomes.

Lead B2B service platform strategy across Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud to drive automation-first and self-service transformations. Own governance, roadmap, metrics, and platform standards; reduce avoidable ticket volume; implement AI/automation; optimize case management, routing, knowledge, and portals; build business cases and measure outcomes; and recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing Salesforce and service operations team.

Manage analytical service operations by overseeing a team, designing software for data mining, developing statistical models, and generating insights for marketing outcomes. Provide training and mentorship to direct reports.
