It also partners cross-functionally on seller enablement, investment prioritization, business cases, and multi-year growth objectives.

Coordinates cyber incident, data breach, and fraud-related cases from intake through resolution. Manages clients, vendors, schedules, communications, secure data transfers, complex datasets, evidence, risks, stakeholder updates, and final reporting. The role requires advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills, strong client communication, careful documentation, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams under deadlines.
