Lead Global Consumer Solutions strategy and operating model; set AI and investment priorities; govern capital allocation and portfolio decisions; partner with Product, Technology, and Finance to translate strategy into multi-year roadmaps, financial targets, and execution cadence; run business operations, market and regulatory intelligence, and represent the business externally while building and developing a high-performing strategy and operations team.

Lead acquisition integration efforts across people, process, data, and technology within the TruOps Salesforce ecosystem. Design and improve integration playbooks, govern execution, track dependencies and risks, document requirements, run cross-functional readiness activities, and advise stakeholders to enable scalable, repeatable onboarding of acquired businesses.
