The Software Engineer II will develop and configure Workday integrations, manage project timelines, troubleshoot defects, and mentor junior staff, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across teams.

Handle investigation, evaluation, reserving, negotiation and resolution of assigned general liability bodily injury and property damage claims. Communicate coverage positions, coordinate experts, manage litigation as needed, maintain claim files and reserves, and ensure regulatory and quality compliance throughout claim lifecycle.
