Manage litigation strategy, attend legal proceedings, mentor less-experienced claim professionals, maintain reserves, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide technical consulting to partners and stakeholders.

Investigate, evaluate, reserve, negotiate and resolve general liability bodily injury and property damage claims. Perform coverage analysis, gather records and statements, coordinate experts, manage reserves and litigation plans, document files, and communicate with insureds, claimants, agents and counsel to achieve timely, cost‑effective claim resolution while complying with regulations and company standards.
