Under attorney supervision, review, draft and negotiate a wide range of supplier and technology contracts (including AI and emerging tech). Collaborate with Procurement and business stakeholders, select and adapt templates, resolve contract issues, support contract automation/self-service tools, and participate in projects to improve contracting processes.

Lead design and delivery of end-to-end data and ML pipelines for imagery models, partnering with data science and architecture to build, deploy, monitor, and standardize production imagery data solutions and frameworks while ensuring governance, quality, and cross-team alignment.

Investigate, evaluate, reserve, negotiate and resolve severe and complex general liability claims. Manage litigation strategy, attend legal proceedings, mentor less-experienced claim professionals, maintain reserves, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide technical consulting to partners and stakeholders.
