Investigate, evaluate, reserve, negotiate and resolve severe and complex general liability claims. Manage litigation strategy, attend legal proceedings, mentor less-experienced claim professionals, maintain reserves, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide technical consulting to partners and stakeholders.

Handle assigned specialty liability claims from investigation through resolution: coverage analysis, reserving, negotiation, litigation management, counsel selection and oversight, documentation, and expense control. Serve as a technical resource, provide training, apply claim quality protocols, and develop creative resolution strategies within delegated authority.

Analyze credit risk for loss-sensitive insurance programs by producing account, prospect, and industry credit reports; make credit and collateral recommendations; collaborate with underwriting, brokers, and clients; conduct market and industry research; support process improvements and system evaluations; participate in client presentations and industry events.
