Lead architecture and implementation of conversational AI systems, build scalable backend services and REST APIs, drive high-impact projects, integrate external partners and carriers, collaborate with Data Science on ML/LLM solutions, and ensure platform performance and scalability.

Lead design, build, and maintain provider integration infrastructure connecting to insurance carrier and partner APIs. Own end-to-end connector development, testing, validation against live traffic, and ongoing mapping/business rules. Define technical direction, scope projects, mentor engineers, perform code reviews, and drive operational excellence while collaborating cross-functionally to align engineering work with product goals.

The Staff Product Manager, Conversational AI will own and improve conversation quality, metrics, and experiments within Trellis' conversational AI platform to enhance user engagement and drive conversions.
