Lead discovery and early delivery for new product areas: research opportunities, build theses, size markets, and produce shovel-ready briefs, prototypes, and specs. Run small end-to-end projects with engineers, leverage AI/agents to accelerate research and prototyping, and decide whether to spin up squads, build lean, hand off, or kill initiatives. Occasionally cover existing squads as needed and work asynchronously in a documentation-first environment.

Own end-to-end product design for a product area: craft intuitive interfaces, own product copy, contribute to design system, document work heavily, use AI in prototyping, conduct research and usability testing, and collaborate with PMs and engineers to deliver accessible, internationalized experiences.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will develop product features end-to-end, collaborate with teams, and improve developer productivity.
