Lead Kronos/UKG Pro WFM upgrade consolidating multiple WFC instances into a single ProWFM instance. Gather and translate stakeholder requirements, design and run test scripts, oversee integrations with PeopleSoft and legacy systems via Kronos Boomi, validate configurations and payroll rules, lead a team of analysts, coordinate with PMO, and manage data extraction, cleansing, and upload.

Perform accounts payable and procurement business analysis: resolve unmatched/rejected invoices, manage PO/payment issues, generate AP aging and weekly metrics, perform spend and exception analysis, create PeopleSoft receipts, liaison between project managers/procurement/finance, and recommend process improvements.

Coach and mentor product teams, leaders, and stakeholders through enterprise Agile adoption and transformation. Facilitate Scrum and Kanban practices, run workshops, implement tooling and metrics, drive cultural and organizational change, and support MTA-IT’s Agile maturity without direct managerial authority.

Lead sustainment and configuration of the MTA's HxGN EAM system, providing technical direction, integrations, and support. Perform requirements gathering, gap analysis, testing, training, and post-go-live activities while advising on asset management best practices and implementing FlexSQL and extensibility framework solutions.
