Designs and governs primarily Oracle Cloud architectures, with AWS, Azure, and GCP supporting multi-cloud initiatives. Translates business and technical requirements into secure, scalable hybrid-cloud solutions; develops standards, frameworks, governance models, and architecture documentation. Guides engineering teams, supports migrations, and applies AI technologies. Responsibilities include cloud networking, security, FinOps, automation, infrastructure-as-code, Oracle database platforms, disaster recovery, high availability, monitoring, observability, and SRE/DevOps practices.

Lead UX strategy for complex mobile and digital products, developing design systems, style guides, and documented UX processes. Partner with researchers, product managers, engineers, creative teams, and leadership to understand rider needs, present concepts, and improve experiences through user testing and feedback. Champion user-centered design, accessibility, quality control, and consistent experiences across transportation platforms and signage.
