The Technical Lead will manage dependencies between VA IT systems, support cloud integration, develop APIs, and ensure compliance with VA practices, while leveraging experience with VistA and related technologies.

Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications using Angular, TypeScript, Node.js/NestJS; build and integrate RESTful APIs; support ETL and data processing with Python/PySpark; collaborate in SAFe Agile with architects, QA, and DevOps; maintain CI/CD, documentation, and federal compliance; mentor developers and help modernize large-scale federal health IT systems.

Support analysis of billing and patient accounting workflows, assist in identifying process inefficiencies and improvement recommendations, perform data gathering and trend analysis, maintain project documentation, coordinate with stakeholders, and learn foundational patient accounting, billing compliance, and reimbursement concepts.
