Improve data quality through validation, schema design, and provider data mapping across diverse sources. Build analytics-ready datasets for predictive analysis, Power BI reporting, and GIS-based access analyses. Document data flows and technical configurations, support knowledge transfer, and collaborate with analysts, product owners, contractors, and government stakeholders.

Develop and architect large-scale enterprise applications as part of an agile full-stack team. Design cloud-native architectures, microservices, APIs, data platforms, and responsive front-end applications. Analyze business and technical challenges, translate stakeholder needs into technical roadmaps, and support modernization initiatives. Collaborate on solution design, coding, reviews, testing, documentation, demonstrations, and production issue resolution while championing secure, scalable, maintainable engineering practices.
