Lead QA/test activities for large-scale federal enterprise applications: develop and execute test plans, automate front- and back-end tests, validate APIs and data flows, apply cloud and DevSecOps tooling, drive continuous quality improvement, mentor teams, and represent QA in client engagements. Must obtain USCIS Trusted Tester certification and support Agile SDLC across concurrent projects.

Lead business analysis for federal immigration web applications: elicit and document requirements, run JAD sessions, write epics/user stories, maintain RTM, coordinate with DevSecOps teams, perform functional testing, support scrum teams, and engage stakeholders and vendors to deliver Agile solutions.

Design, develop, and maintain cloud-native, microservice-based full-stack applications for federal enterprise systems. Collaborate on architecture, APIs, integrations, observability, and Agile delivery; troubleshoot production issues and document solutions.
