Serve as the primary partner across sales and onboarding to project-manage prospects and clients through implementation and transition. Analyze client needs to recommend TriNet solutions, remove barriers, escalate and resolve complex onboarding issues, educate clients on setup and responsibilities, and identify upsell and process-improvement opportunities to ensure a seamless transition and reduced time-to-close.

Manage prospect-to-post-sale onboarding and implementation for PEO/ASO/OMS products. Project-manage implementations, troubleshoot issues, liaise across Sales, Customer Experience, Technical and Operations teams, recommend solution configurations, educate clients, and drive process improvements to ensure smooth transitions and reduced time-to-close.
