Own, design, deploy, and support scalable backend and cloud infrastructure (Kubernetes/GCP). Scale databases, build internal developer tooling, provide observability, and mentor other teams. Participate in weekend on-call rotations as primary escalation for production incidents and deliver safe hotfixes and mitigation.

Own and grow relationships with Mid-Market ecommerce clients, delivering consultative, data-driven success plans. Drive renewals, forecasting, product adoption, executive engagement, and expansion opportunities while collaborating with Sales, Solutions Architects, and Support to maximize customer value.

Lead assessment and improvement of Deal Desk, quote-to-cash, and commercial exception workflows. Partner cross-functionally to manage discounts, approvals, renewals, migrations, credits, billing exceptions, and tooling requirements. Build operating rules, training, reporting, and tooling specs to increase speed, visibility, and governance for sales and revenue teams.
