Implement TypeScript, Node.js, and React customizations and fixes; investigate logs, monitoring, databases, and test environments; communicate with customers and engineering; create documentation and automation; and improve recurring support processes while protecting HIPAA-sensitive data.

Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines, client integrations, and data models to support reporting, analytics, and AI/ML. Ensure data quality, monitoring, and reliable ingestion of healthcare (FHIR/HL7, EHR) and claims data. Collaborate with product, engineering, and AI teams to enable downstream products and analytics.

The Full Stack Engineer will design, build, and scale a healthcare platform, improve system architecture, and collaborate cross-functionally, with a focus on AI/ML integration.
