Supports marine and coastal infrastructure inspections, including underwater and waterfront assessments of piers, wharves, bulkheads, seawalls, and revetments. Collects field data, prepares inspection reports, develops rehabilitation and construction documents, performs engineering calculations, and assists with dive operations, equipment mobilization, safety planning, and construction oversight. Coordinates with clients, contractors, and regulators while working outdoors, traveling overnight, and operating as a commercial diver.

Prepare survey drawings and deliverables in MicroStation for New York City and State agency projects. Process field data, create base maps and digital terrain models, maintain coordinate systems and agency standards, and produce record, easement, as-built, and legal description maps. Collaborate with survey crews, project managers, and engineers while managing files, templates, documentation, and QA/QC activities.

Leads business development for EHS and industrial hygiene consulting services, including strategic growth planning, client acquisition, key account management, contract negotiation, proposal development, and revenue targets. Builds trusted-advisor relationships, ensures client satisfaction and delivery quality, represents the company at industry events, mentors team members, reviews technical deliverables, and supports project execution and organizational leadership.
