Designs, implements, and manages secure, scalable cloud solutions primarily on GCP, including Gemini Enterprise and Vertex AI capabilities. Develops proofs of concept, deploys infrastructure using IaC, configures networking and security, troubleshoots platform issues, and supports AWS and Linux environments. Collaborates with engineering and cybersecurity teams, documents architectures, and provides effective user and operational support.

Leads capture management and business development by identifying partners, shaping customer requirements, analyzing markets and competitors, developing win strategies, coordinating cross-functional bid teams, and guiding proposal reviews. Builds customer and partner relationships, qualifies opportunities, develops winning themes, and ensures executives commit appropriate resources to pursue growth opportunities.

Own and evolve the Salesforce platform through administration, security and user management, data governance, reporting, Flow automation, CPQ configuration, integrations, and platform documentation. Partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations to translate business needs into scalable solutions. Provide light Apex and Lightning Web Components development when declarative tools are insufficient, while maintaining platform governance and best practices.
