Administer Windows Server, IIS, Azure, Active Directory, and Kubernetes environments across production and nonproduction systems. Respond to incidents, participate in on-call support, maintain backups and certificates, manage monitoring and alerts, and support production deployments. Validate release readiness, maintain rollback plans, document procedures, and contribute to post-incident reviews. Automate repetitive tasks, support infrastructure-as-code initiatives, and collaborate with DevOps, QA, and engineering teams on platform modernization and reliability.

Serve as the technical advisor for complex B2B integration sales opportunities. Lead technical discovery, solution design, demonstrations, technical validations, proofs of concept, objection handling, and customer handoffs. Partner with Account Executives, Product, Implementation, and Services teams to advance deals, improve technical win rates, reduce implementation risk, and translate EDI, API, supplier enablement, and ERP-integrated solutions into business value.

Manages and expands strategic channel partnerships within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM ecosystem. Responsibilities include recruiting and onboarding partners, developing growth strategies, enabling partner teams, managing executive relationships, driving partner-sourced revenue, tracking KPIs and forecasts, conducting business reviews, supporting joint sales and marketing initiatives, and addressing escalations. The role requires strong sales, negotiation, relationship management, ERP, SaaS, EDI, and supply chain expertise, with travel of up to 25%.
