Supports complex commercial litigation from case development through discovery, depositions, arbitration, trial, and resolution. Manages deadlines, calendars, filings, discovery obligations, e-discovery workflows, document production, case organization, subpoenas, correspondence, and hearing or trial materials. Collaborates directly with multiple attorneys, opposing counsel, vendors, and outside parties while proactively managing competing priorities and maintaining accurate work. The role is hybrid, requiring New York City office attendance Tuesday through Thursday.

Provide administrative and litigation support including calendaring, travel and expense management, drafting and filing legal documents, scheduling depositions and client meetings, trial preparation, billing support, and cross-office collaboration.

Lead and manage complex commercial, construction, and government-related litigation in state and federal courts. Develop strategy, draft dispositive motions, take/defend depositions, support trial preparation (second-chair and potential first-chair), advise sophisticated clients, mentor junior attorneys, and contribute to business development and firm leadership with a clear path to partnership.
