The Strategic Finance Associate will manage financial models, support KPI analysis, prepare reports for leadership and investors, and collaborate on strategic initiatives.

Lead hands-on paid social across Meta and TikTok, owning campaign execution, creative testing, tracking (pixel/CAPI/Events API), product feed setup, reporting in Northbeam/Databricks, platform relationships, incrementality testing, and peak planning to meet blended CAC and acquisition goals.

Lead hands-on strategy and execution for Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, Shopping) and YouTube, own channel CAC/ROAS targets, manage tagging/measurement, creative pipelines, reporting in Northbeam/Databricks, run incrementality tests, and coordinate peak planning and Google partner relationships.

Design and enhance the mobile experience for Fi's iOS and Android apps. Responsibilities include end-to-end feature design, maintaining design systems, and collaborating with product and engineering teams.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for growth-focused mobile and hardware experiences. Collaborate across engineering, design, hardware, data, operations, and marketing to ship weekly, run analytics and experiments, improve onboarding and retention, and execute launches that increase satisfaction, growth, and subscription retention.

Write and refine copy daily across paid and organic social, email, app, and landing pages; edit others' copy; translate product features into clear, on-voice messaging; support campaign concepting; proofread and optimize for performance within platform constraints.

Own revenue and sales-related accounting across hardware, subscriptions, and international sales. Ensure ASC 606 compliance, lead monthly revenue close, collaborate with Data/Product/Sales, implement automated audit controls, manage sales tax/VAT, payment processing, subscriptions, disputes, and scalable revenue systems.
