Own Fi’s lifecycle and email marketing strategy across acquisition, onboarding, retention, and reactivation. Create and optimize campaigns for product launches, brand moments, and seasonal activations; collaborate with brand, creative, growth, product, CX, and data teams; conduct A/B testing; analyze performance in Tableau and AWS Redshift; expand SMS and in-app messaging; and ensure deliverability, compliance, and consistent brand execution.

Own end-to-end antenna design for connected consumer products, from architecture and prototyping through mass production. Responsibilities include RF component selection, PCB layout, antenna integration, tuning, simulation, validation, compliance testing, and production support. The engineer will collaborate with mechanical, firmware, product, and overseas manufacturing teams while optimizing performance, size, power, reliability, and manufacturability. The role requires advanced experience with electrically small multiband antennas, RF laboratory measurements, antenna fabrication methods, and automation using Python.

Own sales forecasts, financial models, unit economics, KPI reporting, and investor-ready analyses. Partner with Data, Accounting, and executive leadership to evaluate strategic initiatives, capital allocation, ROI, and scaling opportunities. The role requires strong financial modeling, advanced Excel skills, analytical judgment, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable financial narratives.
