Partner cross-functionally with paid, lifecycle, retail, brand creative, product, and B2B teams to craft integrated campaigns, oversee organic social and community strategy, guide content and voice, run partner marketing, and optimize the rescue program to drive sales, engagement, and brand affinity.

Lead day-to-day creation, planning, publishing, and optimization of native social content (video, photo, copy). Shoot/edit video, manage content calendar and freelancers, build branded series, amplify UGC and creators, partner cross-functionally, track trends and metrics, and turn analytics into recommendations to grow reach and engagement.

Lead hands-on paid social across Meta and TikTok, owning campaign execution, creative testing, tracking (pixel/CAPI/Events API), product feed setup, reporting in Northbeam/Databricks, platform relationships, incrementality testing, and peak planning to meet blended CAC and acquisition goals.
