Teams at TTM Technologies, Inc.

Leads HR strategy and talent initiatives across five manufacturing sites and a program management function. Oversees employee relations, organizational design, talent management, succession planning, performance, compensation, benefits, compliance, recruiting, change leadership, and HR policy implementation. Coaches HR leaders, partners with corporate centers of expertise, supports acquisitions and integration, and aligns workforce programs with business growth and operational objectives. The role is remote eligible but requires frequent travel to manufacturing facilities.

Supports HR activities throughout mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence, Day 1 readiness, employee transitions, integration planning, workforce changes, compliance, change management, and post-close execution. Coordinates workstreams, tracks milestones, prepares reports and communications, manages confidential information, and collaborates with HR, Legal, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders. Maintains M&A playbooks, project tools, checklists, and lessons learned to improve future integration processes.

Supports aerospace and defense marketing through trade show and event planning, vendor and logistics coordination, executive presentation development, brand asset management, merchandise and collateral operations, and event performance reporting. The role partners with senior executives and internal stakeholders to ensure polished, brand-compliant communications and successful customer-facing events.
