Lead drafting, review, and negotiation of digital advertising and ad-technology agreements (insertion orders, programmatic, measurement, DPAs); provide strategic contractual guidance to internal stakeholders; build templates and processes; train and support legal team; and partner cross-functionally to support ad sales and growth.

Provide commercial and technology legal support by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating SaaS, platform distribution, co-marketing, ad sales, and related agreements. Counsel internal clients, develop templates and processes, manage high-volume complex transactions, and stay current on consumer protection, privacy, and data security laws. Collaborate cross-functionally and assist overflow legal work while balancing business objectives and legal risk.

Manage day-to-day execution and optimization of direct and programmatic digital video campaigns, own client relationships, coordinate with Sales, Pre-Sales and Ad Ops, create campaigns in the order management system, analyze performance with third-party and proprietary data, troubleshoot delivery issues, and deliver reporting and strategic recommendations to grow revenue.

Support account managers in client-facing campaign execution and reporting for CTV advertising. Assist with media planning, campaign setup, forecasting, optimization, and cross-functional coordination while learning Tubi products and measurement tools.

The Machine Learning Engineer will design, develop, and implement advanced recommendation systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance personalization for a global audience.

Manage go-to-market execution for exclusive creator launches, own day-to-day relationships with mid-tier creators, analyze post-launch performance to recommend interventions, coordinate cross-functionally to advance deals and activations, support pipeline sourcing and deal materials, and drive partnership process improvements within the pod.

Lead architecture and implementation of an AI-centric internal platform: design extraction pipelines, confidence scoring, cross-system aggregation, resilient interfaces, and production-grade ML integrations. Own complex subsystems, ship iteratively, validate accuracy, manage AI cost and human-in-loop controls, and raise engineering standards via reviews and technical guidance.
