Leads complex real estate capital programs and portfolios across the New York region, overseeing planning, governance, controls, prioritization, reporting, risk, and benefits realization. Advises executive clients, coordinates cross-functional teams, guides sustainability and net-zero investment initiatives, manages a small team, improves program systems and dashboards, and supports business development. The role requires extensive commercial real estate program experience and oversight of connected projects exceeding $50 million.

Leads portfolio and program management for connected real estate and capital projects. Develops strategic business cases, governance frameworks, execution plans, RACI structures, schedules, resource forecasts, risk analyses, and reporting systems. Oversees project delivery against scope, budget, schedule, compliance, and benefits objectives. Manages stakeholders, continuous improvement, information management, and program processes across projects valued at $10M–$100M.

Lead large commercial real estate interior fit-out projects or multidisciplinary programs for financial services clients. Manage budgets, schedules, procurement, quality, risk, design, construction, occupancy, closeout, client communications, bidding, vendor selection, documentation, change management, and project reporting. The role requires regular on-site presence in New York at least three days per week and accountability for successful project delivery.
