Apply expertise in typography, illustration, pattern-making, branding, and product development, while using AI tools to improve workflow efficiency.

Manage and grow Twelve's Target account by owning sales performance, assortment planning, forecasting, retail execution, promotions, inventory, and cross-functional coordination. Present business reviews, lead RFPs, and ensure retailer compliance to hit revenue, margin, and growth targets.

Drive end-to-end development of hydration products and packaging, including bottles, tumblers, mugs, lids, straws, and accessories. Manage multiple programs from concept through delivery, coordinating creative, engineering, sourcing, quality, clients, and global factories. Create specifications, bills of materials, schedules, and product briefs; evaluate prototypes and testing; source materials and components; negotiate costs; and balance performance, quality, manufacturability, margins, and brand standards.
