Own onboarding, account health, renewals, upsell opportunities, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Solutions, Marketing, and Sales. Serve as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, deliver business planning, and use data-driven insights to demonstrate value and reduce churn.

Develop partnership strategies and valuations for rights holders and brands. Deliver advisory services, manage select partnerships, produce SOW-aligned projects, build Tableau dashboards, provide measurement and reporting, analyze KPIs, and identify growth opportunities for renewals and negotiations.
