Provides administrative and litigation support to civil litigation and insurance defense attorneys. Responsibilities include docketing deadlines, formatting pleadings, managing case files, scheduling depositions and hearings, coordinating travel, filing documents in state and federal courts, communicating with clients and courts, and assisting with trial preparation.

Represents clients in insurance defense litigation by developing case strategies, managing caseloads from discovery through trial, handling court appearances, depositions, motions, and trials, communicating with clients, building client relationships, and mentoring junior attorneys.

Senior Counsel will independently manage complex insurance defense litigation, including court appearances, depositions, discovery, briefs, trial preparation, and trials. The role involves developing case strategies, communicating with clients, cultivating client relationships, mentoring junior attorneys, and leading litigation teams. Candidates must hold a New York bar license, possess substantial litigation experience, and demonstrate strong legal, communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
