Serve as lead trial counsel on high-exposure insurance defense matters. Develop case strategies, manage litigation from pleadings through trial, advise clients and carriers, supervise junior attorneys, work with expert witnesses, and handle depositions, motions, settlement negotiations, and trial presentation.

Lead high-exposure insurance defense litigation: develop persuasive case themes, independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs and trials, manage discovery and full-case responsibilities, mentor junior attorneys, maintain client communications, and cultivate client relationships.

Handle all phases of insurance defense litigation: develop case strategies, manage depositions, motion practice, court appearances, and trials; communicate with and mentor colleagues; maintain client relationships and billing/timekeeping; independently manage a full caseload.
