Coordinates data-center switchgear, infrastructure, and core business projects from award through delivery, commissioning, and turnover. Maintains schedules, procurement and submittal logs, action-item lists, documentation, and vendor milestone tracking. Follows up on approvals, revisions, deliverables, testing, shipping, and closeout requirements; organizes meetings and communicates risks and status updates to project managers, vendors, customers, and field teams.

Participate in an 18–20 month rotational leadership program across branch functions (warehouse, sales, project management, operations). Receive online and on-site training, mentorship, ERP training, and prepare for branch management or sales career paths.
