What's It Like to Work at Udemy?

My favorite thing about working at Udemy is waking up knowing that my day-to-day has a direct impact on making the world a better place by providing more equitable and accessible education opportunities.

We ask team members to spend at least 10% of their time on a project of their choosing that could help achieve Udemy's OKRs. This is an opportunity for them to do something that will feed into their interests while making an even bigger impact on our company. One project with The Last Mile helped incarcerated individuals re-enter the workplace.

As someone who pushes the envelope and likes to look toward the future, I felt like Udemy was the right place for me.
