Requires substantial leadership experience in FP&A or corporate finance, with financial services experience preferred.

Evaluate complex reinsurance pricing opportunities, conduct pricing reviews, develop recommendations, and support underwriting strategy and portfolio management. Lead pricing tool development and governance, perform premium forecasting, review actuarial work, mentor analysts, and analyze exposure and concentration risks. Partner with underwriting, catastrophe modeling, claims, and business leaders to guide profitable growth and strategic decisions.
