Lead national business development for UHY by driving new client acquisition and cross-selling across service lines. Build and maintain a sales pipeline, prepare proposals and presentations, coordinate pursuit teams, document activity in Salesforce, and collaborate with leadership and industry networks to convert opportunities and meet sales targets.

Manage and review complex tax engagements for high-net-worth individuals and related entities, supervise tax staff, ensure compliance, perform tax research, communicate strategies to clients, and support business development and process improvements.

Provide administrative support including managing correspondence, calendars, travel, billing/invoicing, A/R support, and Maconomy reporting. Coordinate meetings and events, prepare documents and financial statements, assemble tax returns, train staff, and support special projects to ensure efficient office operations.
