Leads buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence and M&A advisory engagements. Evaluates quality of earnings, working capital, cash flow, financial statements, transaction risks, valuations, and deal synergies. Prepares reports and executive summaries, advises private equity and corporate clients, collaborates with investment bankers and executives, and serves as the primary client contact. Supervises, mentors, and evaluates junior staff while supporting post-transaction integration.

Performs audit engagement planning and execution, including control testing, substantive testing, financial statement analysis, internal controls assessment, technical accounting research, workpaper preparation, and audit reporting. Communicates with clients, documents findings, collaborates with engagement teams, and develops supervisory skills while maintaining current accounting and auditing knowledge.

Assists with planning, executing, and completing audit engagements; performs control and substantive testing, analyzes financial statements, evaluates internal controls, researches accounting standards, communicates with clients, prepares workpapers and audit reports, and collaborates with audit teams.
