The Associate Director oversees partnership tax compliance, supports teams with technical reviews, leads standardization processes, and communicates new legislation internally. They may also engage with clients on complex issues and supervise staff.

Lead and oversee complex valuation engagements, perform advanced financial and DCF modeling, prepare valuation reports, manage client relationships, mentor staff, ensure quality control and profitability, and support business development to expand the valuation practice.

Lead national business development for UHY by driving new client acquisition and cross-selling across service lines. Build and maintain a sales pipeline, prepare proposals and presentations, coordinate pursuit teams, document activity in Salesforce, and collaborate with leadership and industry networks to convert opportunities and meet sales targets.
