Owns and leads Regulatory IT systems supporting Global Regulatory Affairs and R&D. Responsibilities include maintaining technology roadmaps, managing system enhancements and implementations, overseeing vendors and releases, providing production support, delivering integrations, conducting data mapping and validation, and ensuring GxP, HIPAA, GDPR, and CCPA compliance. The role serves as the primary IT partner for regulatory business units, manages budgets, and coordinates cross-functional teams delivering regulated technology initiatives.

Leads global compensation strategy and advisory support across complex business areas. Oversees market intelligence, benchmarking, job architecture, leveling, salary structures, pay equity, pay transparency, annual compensation planning, and global compensation programs. Advises HR partners, talent acquisition, and senior business leaders on strategic hiring, retention, promotions, organizational changes, and equitable pay decisions across North America, EMEA, LATAM, and APAC.

Leads global pharmacovigilance operations, quality, and compliance across clinical and marketed products. Oversees case processing, vendor and alliance governance, PSMF management, GVP compliance, training, deviations, CAPAs, audits, inspections, regulatory reporting, and TMF support. Builds and develops global teams, scales PV systems for portfolio growth and commercialization, and ensures inspection-ready performance across outsourced operating models and international markets.
