Teams at Uncommon Schools

Manages a school’s special education program, including IEP evaluations, meetings, records, compliance, accommodations, and reporting. Provides individualized, small-group, pull-out, and push-in instruction to students with disabilities. Collaborates with teachers, school leaders, students, and families to support academic and social-emotional growth, analyze assessment data, differentiate instruction, and develop IEP goals. Participates in professional development, mentoring, coaching, and school-wide culture-building activities.

Leads curriculum and instruction across a school by analyzing student data, coaching teachers and instructional leaders, delivering professional development, managing academic systems, and supporting school-wide initiatives to improve student achievement and teacher development. Partners with the Principal and regional teams on assessment cycles, instructional strategy, teacher evaluations, onboarding, and network initiatives.

Leads curriculum and instructional improvement at a high school by analyzing student data, coaching and observing teachers, delivering professional development, managing academic systems, and supporting school-wide achievement and culture initiatives. Partners with the principal and instructional leaders to develop staff, implement assessment responses, facilitate meetings, and advance regional and network instructional priorities.
