Teams at Uncommon Schools

Lead complex financial modeling, scenario and variance analysis to support strategic planning and resource allocation across schools. Produce monthly and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and clear communications for internal and external stakeholders. Maintain data integrity across finance systems, support Adaptive Insights reporting, and identify automation opportunities. Partner cross-functionally on projects and deliver insights to senior leadership to inform budgeting, staffing, and growth decisions.

Design and build end-to-end data pipelines, integrations, and APIs; maintain the data warehouse and ensure data accuracy, reliability, and security. Partner with cross-functional teams to translate needs into scalable solutions, mentor engineers, provide operational support, document integrations, and contribute to governance and enterprise architecture.

Write, edit, and submit institutional and government grant proposals and reports. Manage multiple grant timelines, coordinate cross-functional inputs, translate data into compelling narratives, research funding opportunities, and support strategy to secure funding.
