Teams at Uncommon Schools

Leads the technical strategy, roadmap, governance, administration, and optimization of Uncommon Schools’ Salesforce platforms. Manages architecture, integrations, data flows, security, vendors, upgrades, and technical support while facilitating Agile delivery. Partners with cross-functional leaders to improve enrollment, marketing, operational, and financial processes. Oversees data quality, privacy compliance, documentation, training, and platform enablement across central teams and schools.

Leads NYC enrollment operations, managing a four-person team, outreach and lead-conversion strategies, enrollment systems, data reporting, student offers, compliance, and regional budgets. Partners with school operations, marketing, external affairs, and community organizations to improve family engagement and meet application and enrollment targets. Provides training, develops tools and processes, and ensures responsive communication and consistent execution across campuses.

Manages a school’s special education program, including IEP evaluations, meetings, records, compliance, accommodations, and reporting. Provides individualized, small-group, pull-out, and push-in instruction to students with disabilities. Collaborates with teachers, school leaders, students, and families to support academic and social-emotional growth, analyze assessment data, differentiate instruction, and develop IEP goals. Participates in professional development, mentoring, coaching, and school-wide culture-building activities.
