Lead complex financial modeling, scenario and variance analysis to support strategic planning across schools. Maintain reporting systems and dashboards, produce monthly and ad hoc reports, communicate insights to leaders, and drive process improvements and automation in Finance.

Manage a portfolio of high-capacity donors to cultivate, solicit, close, and steward six- and seven-figure gifts. Develop individualized engagement and proposal materials, identify and qualify new prospects, maintain pipeline data in Salesforce, forecast revenue, and collaborate with internal leaders to align donor interests with organizational priorities.

Lead instructional strategy and teacher development to drive student achievement: analyze assessment data, coach teachers daily, design and deliver professional development, manage school-wide academic systems, and support regional curriculum initiatives. Partner with principals and regional staff to implement action plans and ensure instructional fidelity.
