Lead regional sales performance, revenue growth, territory strategy, and business development across the East Coast. Manage, mentor, and develop sales representatives; support existing accounts; identify upselling opportunities; forecast sales; report performance; and collaborate with marketing, finance, and product teams. This field-based role requires substantial in-territory travel, customer relationship management, and execution of company-wide sales initiatives.

Develops large commercial solar EPC and developer accounts, expands C&I business, manages strategic opportunity pipelines, negotiates supply agreements, and leads account strategies. Coordinates internal teams, establishes customer coverage processes, conducts executive account reviews, and defines commercial programs, tools, portals, and workflows needed to win and support large-scale solar projects.
