Lead engineering, design, operations, governance, and roadmap for Microsoft 365 services. Ensure service availability, security, and compliance; document builds; implement monitoring and incident management; engage stakeholders and service providers; deliver Level 3 support and continuous improvements across M365 security and collaboration tooling.

Provide Level 2 network monitoring, advanced troubleshooting, and incident remediation in a 24x7 NOC. Support routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and load balancers; own Level 2 tickets, document root causes, produce operational reports, update network documentation, and create runbooks for Level 1 analysts. Work rotating shifts and support export-control eligibility requirements.

Operate and maintain Linux/Unix development, test, and production servers: patching, re-imaging, package management, monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident remediation. Own Level 2 tickets, perform root cause analysis, produce operational reports, maintain documentation and runbooks, and train Level 1 analysts. Support 24×7 rotating shifts and comply with export-control authorizations.
